Wine Glass Charms, Bookmarks, Keepsakes & Mobile Charms
Stock orders will be sent within 48 hours of ordering Monday to Friday (unless stated otherwise) & we quite often exceed this timescale.
Blackboard Wine Glass Charms are made to order & will be dispatched within 5 working days.....please contact us if you require your order sooner than this & we will do our best to help you.
Large orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Special Commission & Bespoke delivery timescales will be agreed within our quotation.
Jewellery
Our jewellery is made to order so please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch. If your order is urgent, we can usually assist so do let us know.

UNITED KINGDOM POSTAGE COSTS
All standard dispatch UK orders over £10 have a free delivery option. Orders under £10 are charged at just 95p per order.
We offer 3 delivery options for you to choose from at checkout.
Free Delivery - this applies to all orders over £10 & may take between 3 - 5 working days. Small sized orders (e.g sets of 6 wine glass charms) will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail & therefore arrive the next working day after dispatch. If you want to check which delivery company we will use, please just pop an email through or give us a call when you place your order.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - this costs £2.95 per order. We guarantee to ship your order via 1st Class Recorded delivery within 48 hours of you placing your order.
Special Delivery Next Working Day Guaranteed by 1pm - This service is available for stock orders placed before 11am. The charge for this service is £7.95

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COSTS
EUROPE & WORLDWIDE
Orders are sent Airmail Small Packets & the cost will be shown for your destination before you checkout. Compensation cover is limited & there is no tracking service. We will provide you with proof of posting should you need to make a claim in the event your parcel does not arrive. If you wish to take the extra compensation & fully cover your parcel, please drop us an email & we will send you a payment link to cover the additional £12 charge for this option.
With certain countries, we can alter the compensation cover to the exact amount of your parcel. If we are able to do this & it results in significantly lower postage costs than you have been charged, we will issue a refund to you for the overpayment. This will usually be done within 24 hours & we will email you if this applies to your order.
**Please note, claims for all UK & International lost orders will not be dealt with until 15 working days after posting**

Returns
We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make with us & we hope you will love your sparkly goods as much as we do.
In the event of you not being 100% satisfied:-

Please email us within 3 days of receipt of your order.

Please state your details as per the order including your order email address. This will enable us to provide you with an authorized returns address.

Products must be returned in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 7 days UK or 14 days International of our returns authorization email.

Please note that due to Health & Hygiene Regulations pierced products are excluded from our returns policy.

Please obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the post office.

Goods are returned at your own cost. When it arrives back with us we will refund you within 5 working days, less our delivery costs as long as it is in perfect, unused condition.

Special Order & Bespoke commissions including Indulgence, Fred & Evie & Silver Alphabet Charms are non-returnable.

All orders where you have selected from our Swarovski Crystal House Colours are non-returnable.
Wine Glass Charms are generally utilised during the consumption of alcohol which can make humans clumsy…please be extra careful when removing your charms whilst under the influence of alcohol. If you find you have inadvertently damaged one of your charms, we offer single replacement charms at sensible postage inclusive prices. Simply contact us with the description, colour details & original order email address & our fairies will have a sparkly new one on the way to you super fast.
Damaged/Faulty Goods
If you receive damaged or faulty goods, Sunshine & Daisies will replace them or refund in full including the original postage charge. Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order. This will enable us to provide you with a returns address and return instructions. Damaged/Faulty Goods cannot be accepted without a returns reference number. General wear & tear or misuse is not covered by this policy.
