Do I need a Paypal account to purchase?
No! Paypal is simply our secure card processor. There are 2 options at the Paypal checkout. If you dont have a Paypal account, just fill in your card & delivery details on the left hand side of the payment page & click Review Order & Continue at the bottom of the page. If you have a Paypal account, enter your email & password on the right hand side of the page and it will save you filling in your details. You can also pay with Google Checkout, cheque or bank transfer.
Do you take payments over the phone?
Telephone payments are costly & with greater risk of fraud, so at present we have decided to continue with online payments via our secure processor Paypal. We feel this gives our customers & us the best protection against fraud at this time. We love helping you select your products though, so please do ring us for a chat!
Can you Gift Wrap?
We certainly can & we don't charge extra! All non boxed orders are wrapped together in tissue paper If you would prefer one particular item tissue wrapped or just want to make sure we know your order is a gift & to leave out the receipt, just pop a note in the comments section at checkout.
Why would I need Wine Glass charms?
They are designed to be secured around the stem of your glass. This then has many possiblities, but the top two are to ensure the glass remains yours with no confusion as to the drinker and to complement your dining table by using tonal colours. They can also be used to add a theme to your evening…as a gift to your guests - a wedding favour, a keepsake, a thank you… a dinner dance table gift… a corporate event? The list can go on & on!
Can I order in quantities other than 6?
Of course! We take commission orders from 1 to as many as you would like. Just contact us with your requirements.
Can I specify the crystal colours?
We have several products where you can choose from our House Colours. If there's a colour you would prefer to have in your set or would like us to leave out, then just let us know & we can easily arrange this. The colours shown in the photos are for illustration purposes only. We guarantee that all sets of 6 will contain different colours unless specified otherwise. If you were to order 2 sets of 6 for the same event, simply add a note to your order to let us know so that we can ensure you receive 12 differently coloured charms. Should you be looking to decorate your glasses rather than identify the drinker, we can colour match for you as closely as possible & will happily accept a swatch to take this one step further & help you choose from Swarovski's colour range.
How are the charms presented?
Our sets of 6 are supplied in presentation gift packaging which makes the perfect gift. To ensure your charms have a home when not in use, we offer the option to purchase a card box or organza bag. Should you take this option, we will still send your charms in the gift packaging and the box or bag as a separate item. Larger quantities for parties or events can be presented as you wish & we would discuss this with you during the quotation process. Everything, is of course possible, you only have to ask!
Do my charms need any maintenance?
Charms with silver plated beads will tarnish the more they are exposed to light, air & with increased use. Should this happen, they just need buffing with a soft cloth & a tiny amount of a suitable cleaner. Pure crystal charms are less work to maintain & just need the occasional polish with an appropriate cleaner to maintain their sparkle.
Can I put my charms in the dishwasher?
We strongly advise against this as silver plating can be affected by the harsh chemicals. Swarovski crystals will also dull quite quickly in a dishwasher & should be treated as you would treat a cut crystal glass.
I've broken one from my set … can I get a replacement?
Of course! Accidents happen so just get in touch with the details of the replacement you need. If you can find your original order it would be a help, but its not entirely necessary. We offer replacements at a sensible cost & with free postage.
How big is each charm?
Each charm is made on a 1" ring. This size fits most standard glass stems. 1" is the measurement from crystal to crystal in diameter (across) the charm approximately. If you were to stretch the ring flat, it would measure approximately 3" so if you're uncertain, simply take a piece of string 3" long and see if the ends touch around your stem. We would suggest that its best to have a looser fit for maximum impact.
Where are your charms made?
Our charms are handmade on the borders of Tyrone & Fermanagh, UK. Each charm is individually crafted & therefore may differ slightly. We endeavour to source as many of our components from U.K suppliers though Swarovski crystal originates from Austria.
